Shipping information

We want your order to arrive quickly and reliably.
Unsere Produkte werden mit viel Sorgfalt in Klagenfurt verpackt und innerhalb von Österreich CO₂-neutral mit der Österreichischen Post verschickt.
Nach Deutschland versenden wir mit DPD.

Delivery areas

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in Austria and Germany.
We are already working on expanding our deliveries to other EU countries soon.

Delivery times

The delivery time depends on the respective delivery country and was communicated to us by our shipping partner as follows:

  • Austria: approx. 2-3 working days*

  • Germany: approx. 3-5 working days*

Orders received after 12 PM on a Friday or weekend will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
Should a delivery be delayed in exceptional circumstances, we will inform you immediately by email.

Shipping costs

  • Austria: 5 €

  • Germany: 8 €

From an order value of €75 we deliver free of charge within Austria.

Returns & refunds

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within the statutory 14-day cancellation period (see Withdrawal Policy for details). Please note the following information to ensure a smooth process:

  • Return shipping costs: You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

  • Return address:

  • Packaging: Please pack the items carefully, ideally in the original packaging, to avoid damage during transport.

  • You are allowed to inspect the goods. We reserve the right to deduct any amount from the refund for any loss in value resulting from use beyond mere inspection (signs of wear and tear).

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: For health protection reasons, cosmetic and personal care products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal or hygiene seal has been removed.

We recommend sending returns insured and with tracking to ensure a safe process.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the corresponding amount within a few days to the same payment method you used for the order. Please note that we can only process the refund after we have received the goods or provided proof of shipment.
